Gujarat - Surat - Dumas - If you walk towards the ocean at night in Dumas then u will hear noises that will tell you go home don’t go forward and all scary things happen. Dogs will even start chasing you sometimes but they say that the dogs run because they are trying to get away from that place as well. This all happens because Hindus burn their bodies after they die over there and the ghosts in there body stay in the air.
Hyderabad - Ramoji Film City - It is a big film city in Hyderabad,(like universal studios) the hotels in Ramoji film city are haunted. They say that the film city is built on war grounds of the Nizam sultans. Witnesses report the lights kept on top keep falling off, the light men- who sit with the lights on top have been pushed so many times and many have had grievous injuries. The food left in rooms also gets scattered around the room and strange marks are left on the mirror, some script.... resembling Urdu...the language spoken by the sultans. Girls are the ghosts' favorite to haunt. They trouble the girls so much, they tear their clothes, knock on the bathroom doors while the outside doors are locked. They create havoc. Many preventive measures have been taken to prevent hauntings......but of no use...they keep coming back after sometime.
Lonawala - Maharashtra - Raj Kiran hotel - Reports of bedsheets being pulled off and continue to be pulled even after the guest is woken up. This room is in the corner and at the backside of the reception on the ground floor itself.
Meerut - GP block - It has been always seen that 4 guys are sitting inside the house with a single candle lighted and drinking beers. It happens to be most common sight for people passing through that area but few person also added that even they have seen girls in red dress coming out of the house. The house is double stored and people have seen the scene happening on the roof top. People have left moving through that place now.
Mumbai - Mahim - Near Canossa primary there is a chawl named d'souza chawl, there is a local well from whwere people used to fill water and even wash clothes.This well did not have any boundary walls around it and once when a lady was filling water the whole thing collapsed.The lady too fell in that well and died.After this incident she is said to appear everyday near that well and many of the locals have even seen her. She does not harm anyone just strolls around the place and before morning hours she dissappears.
New Delhi - Sanjay Van (near Qutab Institutional Area) - Sanjay Van is a huge forest area spread over around 10 kms. There is a cremation ground also there, many people have reported having seen a lady dressed in a white saree appearing and disappearing suddenly.
Pune - Shaniwarwada Fort - When Peshwas ruled the western Indian province, Narayan the heir of the kingdom was assassinated on his uncle Madhavrao's wife's orders. Narayan was chased by his assassins across the entire fort. It was said that while running for his life he called "Uncle save me", and even today locals say that they hear his cries for help at midnights on new moon day.
Rajasthan - Alwar / Bhangarh-Ajabgarh - Bhangarh ruins - Bhangarh is a place on way from Jaipur to Alwar city in Rajasthan state of India. Today Bhangarh is known for it's ruins where nobody dares to stay after sunset. Going to history we find that this town was established by Madho Singh, younger brother of King Akbar’s General Man Singh, in 1631. But the city seems to have been abandoned in a hurry some centuries later. As per local folks, due to some curse the whole town was vacated overnight. According to this curse It was also said that if the town was ever rediscovered, the township would not be found, but only temples would show up. True to the story, only temples dot the landscape and even far up on the mountains only shrines can be seen. People say that nobody returned from there who stayed there after dark. The biggest thing is that as per Govt. of India rules there has to be an office of Archaeology Survey of India (ASI) beside every historical structure in India. But even Government authorities couldn’t dare to open an office there and they opened their office about one kilometer away from the ruins of Bhangarh. Also ASI has put a signboard at Bhangarh saying, "Staying after sunset is strictly prohibited in this area." People who visit this place out of tourist interest say that there is a strange feeling in the atmosphere of Bhangarh, which causes sort of anxiety and restlessness.
Thane - Vrindavan Society - Its said a Man had committed suicide in one of the Buildings in Vrindavan Society(Bldg. No.66 .The security guard's patrolling the area around have come across weird happenings. Once a guard was slapped so hardly that he got up from his chair and hit the other guard who was near by him thinking he was the one who hit him.
West Bengal - Kurseong - Dow-Hill - The forests have an uncanny feeling. Its damp, cold and sometimes dark. People up here tend to be depressed and countless murders have taken place. On the stretch between Dow-Hill road and the Forest Office, wood cutters returning in the evenings have sited a young boy walking head-less for several yards and then walk away from the road into the woods. Other than this, footsteps are heard in the corridors of the Victoria Boys School when the school is closed for long holidays from December to March.

The story of this restlessness goes as the following. The charm of princess of Bhangarh Ratnawati was said to be matchless in entire Rajasthan. Being merely eighteen years old, the princess started getting wedding offers from other states. In the same region there also lived a tantrik, a magician using black magic, named Singhia who was desperately in love with the princess and who also knew that king would never even allow him to see the princess.
Once he saw princess's maid in the market buying scented oil for princess. Seeing this he got a wicked idea of getting the princess. He used his black magic and put a spell on the oil which would hypnotise the princess by her mere touching the oil and she would immedialely walk towards the tantrik to satisfy him sexually. But as soon as the princess got the oil she threw it on the block of a stone as she had seen the tantrik eying the oil. As soon as the oil touched the stone, the stone started rolling towards the wicked tantrik Singhia and crushed him. While dying Singhia cursed the palace that there will be such an incident that everybody in the palace would die and their souls will stay there for centuries without rebirth. The very next year there was a battle between Bhangarh-Ajabgarh and no one survived in the battle nor in the palace, not even the princess Ratnawati.
Also the prime minister cursed Bhangarh that no one would settle there in future and whoever dares will die as well. It is said by the local villagers that whenever a house has been built there its roof has collapsed. It seems to be true because inside Bhangarh all the houses are without a roof and even at the closest village where people reside, they still have roofs made of straw but not bricks.
I had heard a story about bhangadh that its princess was very charming and one magician was in love wit her. So he used his black magic to get her and made one oil.Whoever applies that oil on body, becomes stone.Now that magician goes to sell this oil to princess. But princess got all fact from her friend before he came,so she bought that old but after buying, pour it on magician only.So immediatew his body became of stone. So before dying,he have curse to this city. And THE FACT IS THAT, MAGICIAN'S STONE BODY IS STILL THERE,SOMEWHERE IN BHANGARH,WHICH BECOMES ACTIVE IN NIGHT EVERYDAY. So THIS IS THE REASON NOT TO STAY AT THAT PLACE IN NIGHT,COZ IT NOT LEAVES LIVE PERSONS. [ABOUT 15 YEARS BACK, RAJASTHAN'S LOCAL CHANNEL HAD TRIED TO CAPTURED ALL SCENES OF NIGHT LIFE TO BHANGARH AND SENT REPORTERS THERE IN NIGHT,BUT NOONE SURVIVED. TheY HAD THE TAP IN WHICH,EVERYTHING IS RECORDED OF NIGHT LIFE OF THAT PLACE AND WHAT HAD HAPPENED AT THAT TIME, BECAUSE THAT CAMERAMEN WAS DIED AT LAST AT ABOUT 4 AM BUT THAT CHANNEL HAD NEVER RELEASED THAT TAP. . . .So god knows whats the fact it it. .
Rakesh Roshan's Movie "KARAN ARJUN'S" many scenes were shooted at Bhangarh. And the talk of strange feeling was also accepted by Shahrukh & Salman in one interview after shoot of that movie

This place i m describing is from south gujarat's 1 small town GANDEVI. There is one village named SONVADI just 3 kms away from it. In this village, one multi_millionor was living<right now he is in america>.He thought to built a palace in this village about 10 yrs back, HIS ESTIMATED BUDGET WAS 5 CRORES. So after coming to india,he had started work of his palace. He was so rich so making of his palace was continue in day and night. Now one day what happened that, one policemen was coming in night from his duty to that village<his home was in that village>,and he met wit an accident wit truck and died at place only.He was very honest. When his family came to know this, his wife and 2 children came that place and started crying. They cried up to that limit and got shocked up to that limit that,all 3 also died at that place only due to shock. After that day, strange incidents started to occur in construction of that palace. And his honour has to left the work of that palace in between only<his about 3 crores has been spent at that time>. And now noone is living at that palace coz in night horrible voices comes in it, lady has been seen by many people, shouts has been seen, and many people has been hurt.
Want to know the reason for all this? BECAUSE THE TRUCK,WIT WHICH THE POLICE WAS ACCIDENT WAS GOING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OF THAT PALACE AND NOW THE GHOSTS OF THAT POLICE FAMILY NOT ALLOWS ANYONE TO LIVE IN THAT PALACE

I M native from south gujarat so i have more talks of this. Ok.
There is one village near surat,which has a very horrible story. The son of mukhiya of that village was going to marry about 100 yrs back. At that time, boy goes to marry girl in cart wheels. They started their journey towards girls' home in night only as they have to reach very far from their house.As at that time,there were not any instruments of communication, they didnt know that there was a heavy flood in the river,which they wanted to cross in their carts. All carts drown in river. Noone survived. And NOW ON EVERY AMAVASYA,DIVALI,CHAUDASH,MANY PERSONS HAVE SEEN CARTS GOING ON THEIR WAY FOR MARRIAGE.TYPICAL ABORIGINE INSTRUMENTS AND LOCAL FOLK SONGS ALSO HEARD BY MANY ONE. But Suprisingly, NONE OF THEIR FACES CAN BE SEEN{WO BARAT PICHLE 100 SE BHI JYADA SALO SE SHADI KARNE KO JANE KE LIYE NIKALTI HAI,AUR RIVER KE PAS AAKAR GAYAB HO JATI HAI}

there is one place in ahmedabad named "CHANCHALBEN TANKSHALI DHARAMSHALA, near LAL DARWAJA. If anyone wants to experience of ghost,then stay in its room no 11 in night. I had done such and i witnessed so many strange things that at last,i too have accepted the fact of ghosts
Ok. I m telling. 3 yrs back i had stayed in room no 11 there. At about 10 pm in night, when i was trying to sleep,i heard a very big sound of falling of big stone in balcony.When i came to my room's balcony,i got suprised.THERE WERE BIG NETS OF SPIDER EVERYWHERE THERE AND DRIED LEAVES OF TREES.From its appearance,i can tell that noone has visited that place from years.I didnt found a single stone there. {THEN WHATEVER I HAD HEARD WAS WHAT?}.but i slept then. At about 12,i felt very sweet smell in my room,i woke up. But suddenly smell disappeared.Now i was really scared.As i was very tired,again i slept. But about 3, i heard a sound that someone is opening my bags.The cracking sound of plastic bags,i was hearing clearly.Now i was very scared. I got up at once and done lights one. ON MY BIGGEST SUPRISE,THERE WASNT ANYONE THERE AND MY BAGS WERE OPEN. I didnt found even a chockroch or ant there. THEM WHO HAD OPENED MY BAGS?Now i was really scared so woke up till morning and check out done at 8 am. When i asked about this to manager,he just smiled at me, so i thought that there is a very big mistery behind this. i was very scared at that time that, right now too, my hands are shivering while writing this due to rememberance of that incident
